Baby Q Webber didn't fit in the tunnel boot as planned. So, gets used at home. We bought a Gasmate Voyager cheap. Fits and a tad lighter. Works fine.
Well, I'm sick of cleaning the BBQ now. We only ever do chops, snags etc outside. Am yet to do a roast.
Have a slow cooker for when on power.
I think after this trip I will retire the BBQ and just go down this track using a low pressure gas burner and use a big fry pan with lid. Easier, lighter, smaller & less cleaning. Roast spuds will just be a bit smaller. Lol

Accepted.
Witn your cooking, you are on the same page as us, the bute slide out bbq now lives on a shelf, clean and ready to be sold off.
In the back of my ute, we carry a plastic box with our 4x4 gear, on top is a cast iron frying pan and lunch box gas stove which at times gets a work out, simlpe, easy to clean, robust and ready all the time to cook.
Come on Old bloke.
This is about low or high pressure gas cookers.
