Thanks Dave - that shot of the storm - was one of the most amazing we have ever seen. dumped 3 inches of rain in less than 20 mins - By the look of the green in the clouds thought there would be hail, but fortunately missed out.
The volcanic sky shot was the next night - and was recently shown on our local tv station.
Our little Jack - he thought he was just it on "his big blue" but unfortunately Santa bought it for his bigger brother - so maybe next year.

these are the memories that I keep banging on about, without them one may as well be dead, what a terrific little feller he looks to be, makes life so much more enjoyable

Hi Pam, This "beautiful place".. is in SE Queensland - about half way between Toowoomba and Dalby - nearby towns certainly worthy of a visit are Maclagan, Cooyar, Nannango, Kingaroy - all within a short and easy drive.
The Bunyas have some wonderful camping facilties and cater for just about anything.
