observe the switch to the left of the 240v power plugs and above the water level indicator, this seems to effect only the 12v power on 0 there is no 12v power but there is 240v, on 1 there is 12v as well as 240v, on 2 there is only 240v, I am wondering if the 2 setting may activate the 12v to the 3way fridge while traveling?
Any input would be welcome.

I assume that the 3way fridge is wired to run only from the car ? unfortunately the fridge has no indicator to tell if it is running except on gas mode. Nor does the fridge have an internal light. I will have a look at the wiring if I still cannot figure it out I will take it to an auto electrician.
I changed it to a separate anderson plug with heavier wiring as it didn't work very well through 7 pin plug.
The 12 v switch mentioned initial post was always left on 2
