Some companies do back loads rather than come back empty. lots of things matter like height and weight though. Motor homes can be quite high.

Toll Transport have transported cars for me in the past; it is expensive and slow. Motorhomes normally too high/heavy to fit on car transporters and would require a dedicated truck (very expensive also). Consider having a trusted friend or relative drive your Motorhome to your desired destination (you may need to pay for their return airfare). If you cannot organise a driver, try and get a back load with a truck owner driver. If a rental unit the Company normally collects and returns car/motorhome to their depot (at a cost).

Contact Shaws transport. One of the more respected transport companies carrying into Darwin. Your motor home will likely be a half trailer load. That means $$$. You WONT get back load rates on a north bound load from anywhere. Personally I think the cost will scare you. Pete

Backloading only usually available North to South.
My advice..try to organise a paid driver with return airfare.

I used CEVA Logistics to transport a vehicle from Queensland to Adelaide door to door.
Good service and easy to deal with.
Cheers,
Peter

Hi, would you be interested in a private person driving it to Darwin now retired with life time in heavy road transport still licensed and when?
