Hi
Finding where the heater hoses hook to the firewall is easy, worries me that if you cant find them what is your ability to then flush and bleed the cooling system. My advice would be to go to a cooling system repair shop and get a total flush done to your cooling system
cheers

Heater is located on the left side of the vehicle. There should be 2 hoses about 17 mm outside diameter running from behind the engine to the firewall. Access to these hoses is not brilliant. When the engine is running, coolant passes through the heater core all the time, regardless of the position of the heater controls, so why bother to flush the heater anyway? You can never fully drain the cooling system, so the best method is to flush as best you can (remove the lower heater hose and refill with water), then flush again, and if you have doubts, flush a third time. Any residual coolant in the system will be diluted well and truly by the new coolant being added.
