We received a huge band on rain last night.
It would have almost caused local flooding in many areas of the South East Corner of Queensland.
Would have loved to have seen the rain also reach the south west and western regions of the State. But!!!!!!

We had steady rain all night. Tanks were already full though, so much of it was 'wasted'. Just hope that the dam catchments got some.
More important that it continues to slide down the coast to bring relief to the fire effected areas.
Taken Thursday night on a station between Charleville and Mariala. Got caught out by a storm and took me 4 hours to travel 33 kms. 88 mm. Regards Pete
