This section says the owner of the facility may operate it to provide accommodation for people with no permanent residence and I interpret that to mean Parks Vic and DELWP ought to allow such people to remain in campgrounds, obviously common sense applies in regard to distances and isolation. Certainly from my location 15km from town and camped in well isolated bush it would be idiotic to move me on.

G'day Mike, I agree with you but there are some very inconsiderate people out there that will crowd you and spoil the theory.
I have managed to settle in VIC, my home state, I thought that best, for however long I need, at this stage anyway. Things are changing daily.
Keep Safe out there everyone.

Murray Goulburn Water will not even entertain any camping options at Greens Lake, Vic...5 hours notice for everyone, irrespective of circumstances, to get out and stay out.
