Hi we are looking to buy a damaged 2002 Jayco hertitage with a pop out side
few questions
what is that model like ?
it has no key and is an Auction only buy
we have seen it first hand and looked through the windows inside looks all there bed cooker etc
not sure what it will sell for any help tips greatly appreciated
i own a panel and paint shop so think we should be aBle to fix it need front panel fibre glass repairing
and some side cladding
chassis etc all good
any thought please

The biggest damage is what you cant see, but you already know that. Its something I would tackle. I am a mechanic who has paint and staighten a few cars etc in my day. On pricing Search the net, ebay, car sales in caravan section and get a feel for the price of a good condition van of simular age and model. Work out what you think it may cost to repair and add 50% Take the sexond figure from the fisrt and subtract another 25% off that Then bid you max knowing them figures best of luck, every man needs a project cheers blaze

The first thing I suggest you do is; as its an auction, is to "MAKE SURE" it has not been a Written of insurance van.
I believe if it`s been listed as a write off you cannot register it.
