We got itchy tyres today, so we took a spin up the M1 in the shopping cart. We saw two caravans on the way up (one of the two ,
Registered QLD) and another two on our return. All heading North towards QLD. 4 in four hours roughly.
Movement at the whatever, the word was passed around.
Might take up Poetry.

A bit premature if they want to get into Queensland yet. Our Premier still not budging on "somewhere between July ans September if all goes well". Maybe just heading to the Tweed coast, which is still better than down south at this time of year.
I can just see it -
Twas the night before lifting, all was quiet in the van, Not a Nomad was stirring, dreaming of the promised land, The stocking was done, the food was all there, In hopes that St Anastasia showed that she cared. The travellers were all nestled snug in their beds, While visions of sugar cane danced in their heads. Outside the van, there arose such a clatter, I jumped from my bed to see what was the matter. Away to the window I flew in a flash, Opened the curtains, undid the catch, The moon shone down on the next vehicle, The noise I had heard was a clattering diesel. Then to my sleep ridden eyes did appear, A car with a van coming quite near, The little old driver, so lively and quick, A glint in his eye, that bloody old pr**ck, More rapid than eagles, he was away, The mongrel couldn't even wait until day, "Bye Dazza, 'bye Nancy, 'bye all of you boozers, "Bye Colin. 'bye Stupid, 'bye all of you losers!, So off to the top of the land he flew, He had a head start, to get to the front of the queue, I drew in my head, and turning around, Said to my wife "He's such a big clown", I'd heard on the telly just that night, That the borders were still shut up tight, The Chief Medical Officer, had just changed her mind, Queensland was going to be another month behind And as he drove of out of sight, I went back to bed, and had a good night.
Apologies to Santa Claus for stealing his material.

Morning Nevd,
It was nice to ear, that lovely twick. The words you speak.
Now is time to shut up and open the gate.
We both loved your Poem.
