Thetford Porta Potti have been my choice over the last 40 years or so in camper-trailers - Have Thetford ceramic with black tank on wheels nowadays in the caravan.
If you can get any unit at $84 go for it - after all it only to sit upon and contain waste.

I bought an Oztrail one, with the plunger, not the bellows, as the bellows wear out and then it is a big job to fit, them as I found out on an older toilet I use to have. I got the ten litre version for two reasons, one was it needed to fit underneath our cupboard in a area I adapted for it, and the other reason is, weight of all the waste, which is only 10 kg. A 20 litre one would be too heavy for me to handle with a damaged back.

Welcome to the gang Shane, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I also like and have Thetford in my aluminium teepee and reckon the product is good. In fact, all major appliances in the teepee are Thetford.
That said. I have heard nothing but good stories about all "Kings' products.
Keep Safe out there.

Good morning Shane,
We were totally absolutely completely aghast at the thought of a porta potti of any sort due to an experience in a remote town at a work site which had one and which was not looked after at all. This was 1997.
HOWEVER due to another situation in 2003, in our swag days, where we were refused use of a toilet unless we partook of purchases at the bar of a roadhouse (we are teetotal) and there was a public toilet "down the road", so we thanked for the advice and duly found said convenience which was filthy, with smears everywhere (if you get the gist), 2 inches of sand on the floor covered with liquid overflow from the pan as well.
Off we drove to find a bush further down the road and dealt with our "donations" properly.
THAT was the decider to buy a Porta Potti. This we still have, along with a toilet /shower tent for day trips and it has been a fantastic piece of equipment to keep in order and ready for emergencies where ever we are, if no Public Conveniences are available.
Cheers - Ian

Thanks to all for the feedback, my first time on the forum, we recently bought a new jayco journey outback 15ft with no bathroom but now with the Covid restrictions on amenities will have to carry a Grey tank and Porta potti
will check the kings one as it is tall enough to be easy to use, the Thetford is the next obvious choice but double the price
