We have an Avan Nathan. The microwave which has died after 2 years is in a separate compartment above the 2 door fridge. Does anyone know how to get to the microwave to remove it. Getting no help from Avan.
Don't know if it is the same, I have a 563 Aspire. On the outside wall behind the Microwave there is a plastic vent, remove it which will give you access to the rear of the microwave. Remove the mounting screws and you are good to go.

Gday Nasho,
Not an Avan but may be helpful!
On our Phoenix, the timber surrounds around the microwave are held on with an easy to remove sticky substance. We place a flat bladed knife under the surrounds and they lift off.
This gives access to the 2 metal mounting brackets that are screwed into solid timber. These are removed and out comes the microwave.
The brackets are also screwed into the sides of the microwave, so have to be careful when updating/replacing as metal cover of microwave needs to be removed to ensure you can put screws into the side of it.
Doesnt do your warranty any good!! but these are nearly a disposable item these days.
