I see no reason why not Rex. Heat is heat. The main difference between your CV oven and the mighty Q is flavour is better in the Q.
I cheat. I tend to use foil trays most of the time as saves washing up and the tray once rinsed can go in recycle bin.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there (OH! and keep enjoying food cooked in the mighty Q)
Mmmm, did I say I loved my Q

Don't know about weber perhaps you can use it without lid. Pyrex is oven safe as is Anchor Hocking and a bunch of other brands. But not all glass dishes are ovensafe. For example, some not ovensafe due to the lead that's in the composite "glass". Make sure your pans are marked ovensafe!

Thanks Doug and Possum - much appreciated. Foil trays are a good idea!
I have a small (1.3L) WeberQ Casserole Dish that I can use in my Baby Q.
Can I also use it in my gas oven in the caravan?
Thanks and Cheers, Rex
