Travelling in Northern NSW at the moment - went to the local RSL for a beer last night with my wife and was like trying to get into Fort Knox (which is fair enough have no qualms about that) but was a bit taken aback when told that if we wanted to play the Poker Machines only one of us could do so. When I said to the doorman it is ok to sleep with my wife but we cant play the machines together he just replied thats the way it is. Still taking my head. By the way we never play Poker Machines.
Further to my post I was talking to my sister-in-law and they had a similar situation at their Golf Club - if they wanted to hire a golf cart they had to hire two but when they questioned that and said if we owned our own cart the two of us could go around the course in that - yes was the answer so, as I said, you just wonder who dreams these rules up

A little bit different to the topic so sorry if 'off topic' but there was a protest planned for Wangaratta, nth east VIC this Friday. You know, the protests that are popular as we speak. Well, someone in their wisdom has postponed it to another dat to be confirmed as it could be too risky with everything CV19 going on at the moment. Someone has a brain.
I was going to stay well away anyway.
Keep Safe out there everyone.

Over these past few months I have noticed some of the "Little Hitler" personalities have been having some very satisfying experiences.
"Zee rules must be obeyed! You will obey zee rules!" --- kind of thing.

I wonder how factual the rona virus numbers are, because there was a mega stuff up out at Blackwater, where a young bloke lost his life and the virus was blamed but post mortem proved otherwise, recently as last week a young AFL footballer was tested twice and all hell broke loose because they were positive 3 days later tests showed negative.
Are we seeing flu like symptoms being classified as Covid19 ?, alas how can we be sure the tests are accurate ?

Same thing with the man who died in small town Queensland (sorry, can't remember the town's name), supposedly Covid19, was found negative at the post mortem.

Thank you. The name Blackwater didn't ring a bell when I read Gundogs post.
