'Suspected cases of the bubonic plague have popped up in China and Mongolia, prompting authorities to issue a health alert forbidding people from eating large rodents.
Thecases have also worried authorities in neighbouring Russia, which has stepped up patrols to stop people hunting marmots near its border.'
wow, mate you have really done that vehicle up, it would be a simpler way of travelling for us, if my wife would let me go that way.

Well, I know what this CV19 really is. 'They' are Aliens from Mars. Soon, they will make themselves known as to who they are. They are here to warn us, not to go to Mars and stuff up their planet.
YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD!
Keep Safe out there everyone.

Bubonic Plague
I think that Bubonic Plague has been around for centuries and is still active in various places including the USA so it seems.
This below is From HEALTHLINE USA
Amid the COVID-19 pandemic, it may be frightening to imagine another disease spreading across the globe ? especially one as infamous as the bubonic plague.
But, fortunately, we?re in the clear.
Unlike COVID-19, we have clear treatments for the bubonic plague. Additionally, the disease is rare with a few cases every year found in the United States.
This means there?s pretty much no chance we?d ever see a pandemic play out like the one in the 14th century.
?Unlike in the 14th century, we now have an understanding of how this disease is transmitted,? Dr. Shanthi Kappagoda, an infectious disease physician at Stanford Health Care, told Healthline in an interview last year.
?We know how to prevent it ? avoid handling sick or dead animals in areas where there is transmission,? she said. ?We are also able to treat patients who are infected with effective antibiotics, and can give antibiotics to people who may have been exposed to the bacteria [and] prevent them [from] getting sick.?

Hi msg
Bubonic Plague, is not a threat to first world countries, as (if what I read is true), hygiene, plus modern medicine, will stop it in its tracks
From what I am reading on the subject, (on the Internet, which may/may not be correct)
China has more or less contained the Coronavirus, (Covid-19) by ring fencing certain areas
I will therefore assume that any outbreak of Bubonic Plague, will be contained

Hi Tony, The Chinese Communist Party didn't contain all the other ones they created, SARS, MERS, Swine flu. and probably ones they didn't tell us about
but, We do have antibiotics to deal with this. or..... has this version mutated? so that our antibiotics don't work anymore?
Like I also trust the CCP to tell it how it is? NOT.

An interesting opinion/theory, msg
When I surf the net, I have three ways of looking at what I read
I can believe it all
I can believe nothing
I can go by my gut feeling, considering other bits and pieces, I have previously read, and believe some of it
My personal gut feeling, is that China has contained the Covid-19 Coronavirus, by ring fence type lockdowns, going by the number of cases, which have been reported
I see no reason, why they would not be able to contain the Bubonic Plague
We last had Bubonic Plague in Australia, around 1925, and we contained it, so once again, I am not really concerned about Bubonic Plague

Hi MSG
MERS started in the Middle East hence Middle East Respiratory Syndrome. Doesn't fit in with your narrative but facts are a bitch. Better just ignore them yeh.
