Hi. There is a flap slider that comes down preventing use of the above toilet when the casette is not in. This flap seems to stop the casette from sliding back in on my van, like it has dropped down too far, or maybe come off a hinge?
Anyone had the same problem that may be able to help me with this, as I just can`t work out what is the cause. Thanks.

there is a sliding cover that fits on the top of the cassette. If it is put on about face it does not allow the flap to close.

I had the same problem. When the casette is pushed into place the slide is not lifted far enough to open the flap.
Easy fix, I cut two pieces of ice cream container lid [ double thickness] and glued them where the casette contacts the lever which lifts the flap. Use Cyberbond 2003 instant adhesive, obtained from Total Tools.

Thanks Gary, but not that problem.
Thanks Geeco.
That sounds just like what is happening to mine. I shall have a closer look and try your fix. Cheers.
