I found this new 2020 iDeal Oasis caravan advertised on Gumtree (https://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/campbellfield/caravans/ideal-caravans-oasis-21-ctr-door/1254578112) which has most things that I require in an onroad van at an excellant price. I would like any feedback from other owners of iDeal caravans/ Latitude RV or have any general advice regarding this van and it's inclusions as this will be our first van. This is a link to their website also.https://idealcaravans.com.au/

D&P,
Do some homework on the net, the Caravan Council, you'll find references to them in this tab - just spend some time looking. It might save you some valuable money.
Personally while some companies use Gumtree, there are more reputable ways to buy BIG things. Often it's a source of scams.
Some companies have agreements with others to rebrand caravans & do minor modifications to them. One I knew of a few years ago was Port Lincoln Caravans - my interest is that I spent some time on the West Coast of SA.
Welcome to this forum, I trust you will gain & have as much enjoyment as those of us who have been around for a while.
