If I drive my 15 tonne 3 axle motorhome across fragile terrain to reach the SA national parks campground along the Murray, and my 5 passengers set up a tent each, we each pay $2
Good value for me but not so good environmentally isn't it
Now if my wife and I walked lightly across the landscape and set up our single tent, we are each required to pay $6.50.
Is that right?
Am I the only one who sees that as a perfect example of beauracratic stupidity at its most extreme.

Passed a sign this morning that read "police enforcing speeding". No more no less on the sign. So was I meant to speed up or slow down?

I have seen a number of tandem bikes on our travels. So $13.00, if traveling by unicycle camping is free!
A bit like a helmet is not required if riding a unicycle.

Bit like open range zoos.

Begging your pardon Tony but why would those people, and yourself, set up tents if you could sleep in a roomy 15 tonne 3 axle motorhome? just pulling your leg.

What about a tour bus with 7 or more people, or a bus with 6 people?
Maybe one of the 7 people could get off the bus and come in as a hiker?
