Recently needed to install a replacement Fiamma Turbo-III exhaust fan & vent into the MH to replace the OEM one after 16yrs of use ... the plastic bits were breaking and it just stopped working
The replacement unit has an electronic switching in/out arrangement, and after installation, none of the lights / buttons responded .... so a call back to the supplier, CaravansPlus and Queanbeyan ensued. Laura responded immediately -thank you Laura- and following a bit of to & fro, referred me onto the Aussie importers, CoastRV and Charlie Mese as their warranty team leader
Charlie asked the relevant questions, confirmed the DOA status and advised that a replacement control unit would be dispatched promptly. Once installed it was great ... lights! action! and everyone's happy
So- thanks to CaravansPlus and CoastRV for their beaut service

I always go to caravans plus for parts. Don't bother to look for cheaper prices. Their service is excellent, always know when parts gave been despatched etc.
