I am looking for advice as to where I can purchase a 12 volt fridge for a 1998 Mazda E 2000 in Perth WA.

We have a Dometic 12/240 v. I suggest you start by finding a Dometic dealer.

More information please - do you want just any old 12V or three-way fridge or do you want one specifically intended to fit into your motorhome?

3 way is a pain ! Very slow to get to operating temps . Pull a heap of load on DC .

But useful at times Aus-Kiwi e.g. when running on gas. Ours pulls down in about 3-4 hours & works in all climates (we live in the tropics).
And as we used to travel in our Eagle, you can use them as a big esky with a few frozen water bottles in the fridge, the freezer compartment full of frozen food. We could go from Tnsv to Rocky (700 kms) & not have any problems with milk, etc still cold & the freezer was still frozen. That was a 90L 3way.
silverperch, you'll have to work out the size you have available, what you want to carry, for how long & how you'll access the contents (top or front door). A 12v fridge will require a good deep cycle battery & something to charge it with if nor using your vehicle.
Perhaps some of the WA members can help with where to buy.
Good luck!

Welcome to the forum, silverperch
I am from the west
In Perth area, you will find, 12 volt DC chest fridges (on the shelf), at BCF, JayCar, Supercheap, to name a few places
Not sure which suburbs they are in, but they will each have a few outlets
I have also seen some second hand ones, on Gumtree Perth area
