In most cases they are interchangeable. However, vaccination and inoculation are always medical treatments but you can be immunized through exposure.
Vacationed is a nice word but doesn't always mean a holiday.

"Inoculate" has several meanings, eg "to implant microorganisms or infectious material into (a culture medium)" or "to communicate a disease to (a living organism) by transferring its causative agent into the organism".
Get vaccinated, inoculated, or immunized.
Which is it?
I like the idea of a vacationed.
