Diesel heater cuts off after half hour. Going great again bit after. No timer set. Think maybe green fuel tube crap stopping fuel ? No Error code coming up. Will reducing temp setting help. Currently 26c. ?

We put 100ml kero into 6litre tank to thin the fuel down. You need to perservere to get it through the system. If you have a stick to stir the tank works for us.
By adding the kero, you are creating alpine fuel, which is not as gelatinous.

Cutting off after half an hour, I would suspect a blocked breather on the fuel tank. An easy way to test is to remove the fuel cap and see if that improves it. You may get an instant indication if your hear the sound of air rushing in as you loosen the cap.

If there is no error code generated then I doubt it is a fuel supply issue.
Does the heater just stop abruptly or does it go through the normal shutdown process?

Back in March during that wet period we were experiencing in NSW we ran our diesel heater and it would go into shut down mode after about 20 minutes. About 8 times it did this and then we moved away from the coast inland topped up the heater supply tank, guess what? We experienced no more shut downs.
Each time we were able to restart the heater very soon after it stopped without a issue, still do not know what went on, have asked a few people but no real answer.
Now have another real problem, the heater is not starting, clicking of the pump is not there and there is 12volt power to the diesel pump.
Something to do when at home base and out with the hot water bottle.
