What size? Ours is 2m x 1.6m. Government mapping production available from map shops. This one is laminated.
Which reminds me - I need to update it.
Cheers,
Peter

I have some very close friends in TAS who would not like that. They prefer the cooler climate. Putting it up north west would be too hot for them.

I have quite a few relatives. One just needs to cut them off.
You could move the big island south east.

That would not work either. I don't like it too cold. Warm is good for me. I'm in Sydney and apart from it being humid sometimes, the temperature is just right.

Just an FYI on this post. I decided against one big map and instead purchased the standard Hema map (about 1.5 sq metres) and have cut it up into A4 sizes and then laminated it. I can do planning by laying them next to each other and I can use them in the car individually as I travel. I put Australia on one side and back to back, I have NSW on the other. I have done the same back to back with QLD and VIC. Seems to work nicely.

you Taswegians had better get used to it, being on the same techtonic plate...if you live long enough, you will all be living in the TROPICS.
What is the best map of Australia which can be pinned up on the wall of the caravan which shows a reasonable amount of detail. What do others use?
