A very happy New Year to all forum members and their families and friends … and best wishes for an adventurous and fun-filled 2022!

It’s probably fair to say that the past year has presented a few challenges for most grey nomads but, hopefully, it’s also seen you visit some amazing places, enjoy some amazing experiences, and make many new friends on the open road.

While we remain in interesting and unpredictable times, there is reason to hope that 2022 really will see the worst of Covid put in the rear view mirror. Certainly, it seems that the days of internal borders within Australia will soon be behind us and we can look forward to getting back to something like ‘travel as usual’.

We hope that the forum will continue to provide a positive place for members to exchange stories and experiences, trade tips and advice, spark friendships and even provide each other with a laugh or two.

Thanks to everyone for their input over the last seventeen years!

Bring on 2022 … we can’t wait to get started!
