Any recommendations for a reverse camera to get on our caravan. We have a Furrion attachment on the van but the price of the Furrion camera is so exspensive. ive looked at the Haloview which are much cheaper but have many types to chose from ,but they do have a Furrion adapter. Any suggestions would be helpfull.

Agree, Safety Dave, but enquire about cameras that give a view similar to what you see in the rear view mirror, my camera makes everything too far away, even when they are up close. On that note, I rarely used the camera for reversing, preferring instead to look down the side of the van using the mirrors. I use the camera mainly to see traffic behind, or pedestrians.

We have Safety Dave dual camera setup, one camera is always on rear view which I wouldn't be without and the other is for reversing. If you want both views you do need 2 cameras as they need different lens angles otherwise you will have distortion. Our monitor is one that clips over the rear view mirror, means nothing extra on the dash and its very natural to use as the always on is basically the same view as you have in the rear view mirror without the van, when the monitor is turned off it works as a normal rear view mirror.

Go to DIG Options.
Same as the others mentioned but at half the cost and I can say the easiest and most reliable cameras and TPMS systems on all my vehicles.
Totally wireless also. And don't be put off by know-alls that say they are a problem. Mine will work over 30 meters from the receiver in the car and without the repeater.

Safety Dave for me.
I bought a GPS off another supplier mentioned above and it was very cheap and it was junk.
Never again.

I also have their TPMS, works great on the car but when towing the rear caravan wheels pressures/temp constantly dropped out "not" using the repeater, which comes with the set of 8 sensors.
After installing the repeater no problems at all. Works really well.
So, if towing, you "may" need the repeater

Yeah I agree I have nothing but praise for Safety Dave so are great to deal with on the phone.
I also bought a smaller Safety Dave reversing camera which I connect into my tow vehicle caravan camera jack when connecting my van to my tow rig. I just use a bit of blu tac to connect it to the tow bar (and obviously take it off and disconnect it once attached) but it provides a much clearer view of my D35 hitch when backing up to connect.
