I've got a 19ft van with a Dometic CK36H401RI2 roof mounted a/c unit
I've been running the a/c and its only been dropping the van to about 5 degrees below ambient (ambient temp has been around 30 degrees)
according to the manual it has a 3124w cooling capacity and it should be sufficient for a van up to 7.5m
should it be cooling better than this, or is this normal for a/c on a van?
I've pulled the external cover off and cleaned the condenser and also cleaned the return air filters
we're on our way up to Darwin and I'm wondering whether I should book it in somewhere up there to get it re-gassed?

My good friend Mr Google suggested you try Pratt Caravan Repairs! Never dealt with this company but might be worth a shot? Cheers
