My van has hail damage and some frame rot, apparently it requires a complete resheet and frame repair according to this firm

Hi.
We do not know of RNR but our experience is there will be water damage in almost all caravans.
Most water ingest is where there is a join. Ours unseen, unknown damage was near a vent, window and the door frame.
Our caravan suffered hail damage in 2014 and when the repairer removed the external sheets he gave us a quote for the additional cost to do the job which we needed to pay as that is not part of hail damage.
Was very happy with the total outcome, managed to change the colour scheme a little, larger and better air vent in the roof.
Hope your experience goes well.

Sadly it has not gone well, has been ongoing since March, Van went back for rectification work on June 14, had to involve my insurer directly to contact them, have now been asked to collect my van as they cannot repair their own work for a month
Van has a Road Runner chassis, there are 9 mounting bolts missing where the wall connects to the chassis, I will not list the other failings, would I recommend them, read between the lines
