We recently walked the trail from Cape Schanck Lighthouse to Bushrangers Bay on the Mornington Peninsula VIC.
It has spectacular, rugged coastal scenery.
On this particular occasion we encountered an interesting bonus.
The drilling rig OCEAN ONYX was being towed from inside Port Phillip Bay to a new location which it is expected to get to in early September.
Destination Dampier WA via the east coast & top end.

Yes it is. Apparently it was moving at 1knot which would mean that it travels around 50kms per day. Wouldn't like the fuel bill!

Yes it is. Apparently it was moving at 1knot which would mean that it travels around 50kms per day. Wouldn't like the fuel bill!
