The big green shed sells midgee proof mesh they also sell aluminium moulding to make screens - any screens you make with it would have square corners - though you could make a shaped frame using ply - sandwich mesh edges between ply frame - ensure you paint frame with waterproof lacquer or such.
Attach framed mesh to window/s with screws or pop rivets.
Tools required to cut ply into shapes would be fret saw, jig saw or band saw.
I use fibreglass midgee mesh produced by cyclone which fits just like normal flyscreen. I had to special order it through Bunnings as it isnt usually stocked by them despite selling regular flyscreen by the same brand.

Good point with the midges. Our tent, ARB enclosure & window socks are very fine mesh which otherwise the midges would have got through.

I changed my flyscreens in the van with microscreen mesh from Bunnings, thinking it will stop midges.
Midges still get through.
Next step will be to use filter mesh, which is still finer, and also available at Bunnings but dearer.

I can't give the precise size of the mesh, but in relation to mosquitoes the mesh is pretty tight.
Also keeps these things on the correct side.

My van has gone now but I had fine mesh screens which midges used for fitness exercise. They could still swing through at any time they wanted.
I used surface spray on any screen I wanted open. I would spray each side of the screen and keep the light inside to a minimum at night.
I also tried, where possible to camp with my van upwind of their source.
Dont forget overhead vents as well and the vent in the toilet if you have one.
It can be a never ending battle

I was chasing a mosquito at home, I knew it was in the bathroom. I sat on the toilet (as a seat) waiting.
Missed it twice with the fly swat. Saw it a third time but was not quick enough to kill it.
I would not have believed it until I saw it. It flew down & escaped through the very narrow gap under the door.
Shocked, but I am now prepared for future similar events.

How do these fit?

Our slide on campers screen door has the conventional u shaped channel with press in rubber mounting strip like most household aluminium doors and windows. Other locations are trickier requiring a variety of solutions including clips, glue and perimeter fastenings. I have only done a few opening to maintain airflow in high infestation situations as the regular flyscreens work in most situations. Our trailable yacht has a timber drop in flyscreen door that again has a conventional aluminium flyscreen mounted on it allowing an easy change. Our forward ventilation hatch has a very fine mesh screen that attaches via a rubber suction mount which is then pulled to the edges by a draw cord. These are available at marine outlets and would work on some smaller caravan windows. :)

Velcro may be another solution for fitting finer screens depending on the opening.

Do you mean Permastik?
Permastic is a cold applied adhesive for use with modified bitumen membranes, base sheets, and other cold process roofing systems.

I have seen Velcro used on the hem of the screen and the surround area of the existing screen or window opening.
Unfortunately we are all guessing your screen needs without a picture of the opening. These would have to be custom made as I dont think you would buy something off the shelf so to speak.

When you post, use " advanced editor ", not just submit. Then have option to attach a couple of pics.
Sorry Maids, not for me, are you using computer or a phone or tablet?
I just take the pic, save to desktop and than use " attach file ". But no idea about the phone/tablet thing.

It is doubtful that there will be an off the shelf screen to suit - as I advised earlier, they would need to be made to specifically fit - If you cannot make frames see local men's shed, where a lot of old crafty buggars hang out willing to accept a challenge.

Make a cardboard frames to attach mesh (stiff cardboard) - sandwich mesh between assembled frame - it should be able to sit (inside van) in top and bottom window tracks

Another "brain fart" Could you sew a hem around screen material at desired shape and size, leaving a pocket to slide in a wire (coat-hanger wire), slide in wire shaped to window aperture - again it would sit in internal track of window.
Attach framed mesh to window/s with screws or pop rivets.
Tools required to cut ply into shapes would be fret saw, jig saw or band saw.
Something like these magnetic flyscreens
