I was stupid and ignorant, To newage 23 ft Oz Classic owners, has anyone had problems with Services NSW getting their vans put into the Data base. I am trying to get my papers changed as my van was classified as a Desert Rose and not OZ Classic originally when I picked it up. Now trying to change it via Blue Slip the Services NSW has not got 23 ft Oz Classic in Data Base, has anyone else had a problem.

Most dealers have a licensing/rego dept, at least in WA they do, take it back and ask them to change the rego papers to what it actually is, should not be your problem.
Maybe Montie is lurking around and can advise with more clarity.

The dealer has to do Blue Slip, you can't do it if that is the issue.

Welcome to GN's Rob,
Unfortunately NSW Services are not the sharpest tools in the box and are reluctant to rectify any mistakes - but as mentioned you need to have a blue slip to change any details on registration - Original dealer was slack by advising incorrect model to Services NSW.
Most probably because of plethora of model names - yours was not on their data base - although it is possible that your van "is" actually what is registered and the name on side decal is incorrect and a name used by dealer for marketing.

Hi,
Like you we had some information on our registration papers incorrect.
It come to my notice a few years after buying our car, the gross weight was wrong on the original registration paper and it was brought to our attention when a friend said to me "you have a high gross vehicle weight to my ute, I was comparing them the other night"
I rang the dealer the next day and said they had made an error on my registration papers, with in an hour they had it sorted.
The difference between was an excellent out come.
My advice is speak with the dealer and give them a chance to make you happy.
