Road conditions are your least of your problems.
Be very, very careful travelling in that area.
Things are well out of control socially up there. Even our police are pushed to the limit with the situation and they have "bugger" all real support from our politicians and judiciary. Good luck if you decide to venture in that area. Cheers.

I expect any intending travellers would read the news.
Posting as you have only seeks to magnify the issues.
There is no need for that in a thread about road conditions.
"Oh..... there is an impending referendum - let's throw whatever mud I can".

I shall decide if there is a "need" to post a comment. That is my prerogative. Also there is no guarantee the original poster is or was aware of the horrid situation that exists up there. I do trust they do take care if they decide to go.
I do however, note your double standards though, commenting on the up coming referendum which has no reference to the original posters question

.
Your 'need' had nothing to do with the OP's question. My comment pertained to your post.
Is anyone able to provide an update on the following road conditions?
Kununurra to Mary Pools
Mary Pools to Fitzroy Crossing
Fitzroy Crossing to Broome.
Thanks
Carlyle Bridge
These are current conditions
https://www.mainroads.wa.gov.au/travel-information/driving-in-wa/kimberley-flood-response/
"Motorists are advised that travel between the West and East Kimberley is still not possible due to bridge damage at Fitzroy Crossing"
The associated WA road closure map says that as well as the bridge being out of action that the low level crossing is currently impassable.
There is flooding between Warnmun & Halls Creek
https://travelmap.mainroads.wa.gov.au/Home/Map
There are also road closures on the NT side of the border.

Thanks for your reply.
Not in use just yet, & only planned to be used by 'essential' vehicles' .

Amazing pictures of the Fitzroy River Bridge.
