I have a newly installed Enerdrive 200 amp battery in the van.
Everything is turned off. The battery has gone flat over the last fortnight.
Upon accessing the VERY ordinary app on my iPhone theres a screen that
shows HV. LV. OCC OCD LTD LTC HTD HTC :
and a representation of each cell (4) showing average 3337mv under each.
Whats it all mean?
How have you determined that your battery has gone flat?
if the app i showing 3337Mv for each cell that is 3.337V per cell and a total battery voltage 13.384V which is close to the resting voltage of a fully charged LiFePo4 battery. Have you tested it with a multimeter to check the voltage?
Just to show you I have attached photos of 4 of my batteries.
Dorian has provided the abbreviations in his link. The are not faults but just indicators.
Here is a copy of your manual just in case you do not have it.
To add to the above i will explain a little more because Im guessing you have seen a higher voltage for your battery at some stage.
When charging a LiFePo4 battery the voltage will climb very fast from about 13.6V to about 14.6V depending on the charging profile and BMS settings of the battery. Charging may be stopped before this but Im guessing you have seen your battery at around 14V or above. As the battery rests the voltage drops slightly to around 13.4V to 13.6V but the battery is still fully charged.
If you look closely at the photos I have posted you will see that some of my batteries have reached 14.22V but have then settled at 13.30V.
Your 200Ah battery is made up of 4 x 3.2V batteries (cells) joined together. Inside your battery you have a BMS that monitors the cell voltages and battery voltage as a whole. It acts to protect the battery.
