Looking for advice from persons who have first-hand experience at the following questions.
Are 40ft buses too big for most caravan parks as I'm not that into free camping in the muddle of nowhere, just so I can park up
Where is the most common area in a town that you would park for 1/2 an hour to do grocery shopping and things like that?
Will have a towed vehicle so can get around, but would not unhitch to do shopping if I didn't gave too
Thanks in advance from persons who have travelled in buses.

https://truckassist.com.au/news-resources/resources/all-blogs/heavy-vehicle-road-rules-you-need-to-know Its most important to know that if you're driving a heavy or long vehicle, you can stop in built-up areas for up to 1 hour.
Includes caravans, by the way.
Cheers,
Peter

I have found lots of mid sized towns have signs pointing you to large RV parking spots close to the shops.
If I can't find one I just tour the adjacent streets until I find a kerbside long enough to accommodate my van ( or bus it that was the case).
