I was hoping to determine water pump sizing for 2 taps (Shower / sink). It seems brands are seaflo, jabsco, shurflo.
What GPM & PSI is your current caravan water pump? Are you happy with flow/pressure?
Thanks in advance.

I had an Escaping Outdoors FL35 (12.5 lpm and 35 psi). After 13 years of use it failed. I was quite happy with it but replaced it with FL40 (17 lpm and 40 psi) then used the old 35 psi pressure switch to reduce the chance of leaks. If I wanted to connect a hose to squirt water outside (e.g. wash the van) I would probably choose more.
Otherwise I am quite happy with my choice. I don't notice that extra flow rate. Too much would probably tend to splatter in the sink.

Don't over-do pressure.
The joiners and overall strength of the conduits are generally nowhere the pressure capacity of copper.
Mostly the joiners are push-on style and are known to be a bit "iffy"
at times. A good bump can dislodge them and fill your van with water.
Note:
turn your loads off when you leave the van at all.

Hi Mick,
Around 11 lpm will suffice. Good for sinks and shower. No major stress on John Guest plumbing fittings.
Always have a filter connected which can be cleaned regularly.

Thanks for the replies.
Have used JG fittings (inserts & locks) / sharkbite.
It seems most use the 350kpa limiter when hooked up to CP mains so I guess a pump @50PSI should be a goer and @ 11-12lpm.
Agree with the switch for the pump when not in use.
I also noticed mention of bypass pump without the need for an accumulator.
