hi to all, we are looking into leaving quiet sububia and hiting the road...just a little at lost to where to start . (appart from the obvious caravan etc). are their many people out there that have sold up to begin a new life?????

Hi, and welcome to the new world as we will know it.... we too are about ready to hit the road so to speak and thought how timely ... we are looking at an indefinite time period ... if we like it we will stay for like forever... if not then back to suburbia we go... there is a huge number of peeps out on the road all enjoying what we are about to set off and do.... We currently live in Perth and look as tho our house will soon be sold so we will be released to enjoy this great land.... will be in Sydney for Christmas and then we really begin the good stuff.... when and from where do you think you will be heading off?  Thought with both of us being new that we might be able to help one another get started  and just boost each other along to the 'GO' position.

Hi, we too are heading off, selling up as soon as it is greener. It is a bit scarie but we cant wait. We pick up our van this weekend and the original owner has done some pretty big kms with his wife, we plan on getting more info from him {his wife has passed on} will keep checking this site and we all may meet up somewhere in this wide wonderful land, cheers sandie.
