Vacuum Sealers

which state offers the best value when buying a new motorhome

I am looking at buying a new Jayco motorhome. I am wondering which state has the best value in regard to the standard on road charges. Stamp duty, rego etc? and then the ongoing annual costs, green slip, rego etc? I live in Sydney, but only in rented accomodation, so i dont need to register it here.
