Caravan Single Bed Doona/Quilt

I am looking to replace the above in my van, however through searching I am unable to find any business in Australia that could supply what I need. A standard single bed doona is too wide as my single bed is 70cm wide. if I can get one my preference would be a wool doona. Any help please?

We have just done this route (430km dirt road) towing a 20ft semi offroad van.Tires down to 30lb all round, average speed 30km/hr.
