Hi. I'm new to caravaning and in the process of buying a second hand Jurgens Wallaroo poptop. If I wanted to use it straight away - collect it and go to a caravan park for a few nights, what 'extras' might I need? Equipment that won't come with the van that I will need to connect etc. Thanks

I'm cranky!Had new awning installed, with full anti-flap kit. 2nd use the retaining brackets on the van wall to holder the rafters in place both fell off with 1st puff of wind. Has just screwed in to the cladding with no support behind it. Can't go back we are miles from there now.Caravan brakes: ...

I am thinking about buying a Bailey caravan but a bit worried about the ground clearance. Are they much lower than standard vans and can they be raised successfully ? I am not looking to do heavy off road stuff but want to get away from the crowds

Currently can travel up to 150klms , but would that include caravans and motorhomes ,I know parks are still closed but wondering is free camping off limits too.
