My opinions so far on the coffee fix while camping. Best is freshly ground beans, worst ground beans stored in a container over a week. Capsules vary so much, and I think the term you get what you pay for here applies. Best are the Nesspresso capsules, and I think the reason why they are expensive, is the m...

Seen on Facebook, the finder would like to get some expensive gear back to the owner. "We found some fishing gear (I will leave it at that) in SA that someone left behind. If people could share this so I can try and get it to the correct owners I would appreciate it. Maybe someone knows a fishing page???" ...

Hi Grey Nomads, We are NEW Grey Nomads in the process of buying our first new caravan and this van (Retreat/Fraser) comes with a compressor fridge/freezer which they insist is much better on 12v all the time. But, we feel a 3 way fridge will give us more options in different situations. Does anyone have...

I thought I'd share an incident that happened to us a few years ago. We wanted to sell a car. A buyer came along and liked the car enough to place a $200 deposit (+ written receipt) on it on a Saturday and would return on the Wednesday to collect and pay the balance. The car needed two things- a rear differen...
