Could someone please tell me if I have this right... As far as I can tell from the info on my vans trailer (pic attached, a bit hard to read though) the GTM is 1134kg and the TARE is 970kg. So, I can only pack 164kg of stuff into the van? I have 90litre water tank (which I need to be full) plus 2 bottles of gas (...

i realize this might sound like a strange request but I am wondering if there is anyone leaving from the Melb area and traveling to or through the Broken Hill area any time soon. The story behind this request is that one of my nieces was badly attacked a few weeks back and as a result has gone back to Broken H...

Currently camped in Mudgee with heavy rain keeping us inside for a few hours nothing like you guys in Queensland have been copping though. We took a trip out to Hillend yesterday and was pretty disappointed in how the place has changed since they sealed the roads in from Soffala and Mudgee. Seems to be m...

Hi All, Having found myself the owner of a Hino AC140 bus following a rush of blood to the head, I now require a workshop manual. Does anyone know of a reliable online resource for them? I also need to find the fuse box (would you believe that it is in a cunningly hidden spot) and the indicator flasher can a...

Hi fellow gn's we bought our first van last year as a tent upgrade. It's a little beauty, but it has served its purpose and it is time to upgrade. SWMBO has a desire for an ensuite and of course a/c. We have seen a 2014 Nova Metrolink 16.6 for sale in Bunbury WA for 40k. So questions: that seems a pretty good pr...

I said with a chuckle in my voice, did you bang your shins on the tow bar ( Hayman Reece WDH type), is that why you took it off? She said no I thought you did. That wiped the smile off my face. Apparently somebody wanted it badly, but is sort of useless to them without the tension bars and coupling. I usually ta...

Hi All. Quick question for people who, like me, hate the rubbish that so many leave behind.
