Anybody stayed here at all? Looks to be the WA version of Greens Lake except there is a fee for camping. It gets a good report on Wikicamps. http://www.lakesidecamping.com.au/ Along with 4 other vans we are going for 10 days immediately after Christmas.

Hi everybody. Just want to pick a few brains if I may. I have to carry an epipen with us due to my wife's reaction to some insect bites. My problem is it says they must be kept between 15 and 25 degrees. How do you do that when traveling on the road. Has anybody got some suggestions as I would appreciate them. D...

Hi everyone, I'm the Vice-President of the ROTARY NOMADS, a Rotary E-Club. Our members are based across Australia and we meet weekly online. Most members own RVs and some of them live in their RVs full time, as I am sure many of you do. Our club operates like a "normal" Rotary club, except we...

G'Day all. I'm putting out some early feelers for suggestions about travelling around alone in a van. The plan is to be on the road early 2017. My early thoughts are for a hilux ute or similar with a Matilda van on back or a Sherwood. My first decision is to buy a used 4x4 or 2x4? 2x4s are more plentiful...

Hi Folks. A few weeks ago I made a warranty claim 14 months after the purchase of our van as our Ibis 2 started to make a harsh rattling noise when the cooling compressor was operating. We had not used it for about 3 months having been in the cold VIC and NSW this year. When I spoke to the manufacturers of the I...

We are looking to get airbag suspension in the bus. My question is, whether or not airbag suspension is suitable for a motorhome as we have heard that excessive load on airbag suspension while just sitting can be harmful to the airbags. We are unsure if a normal motorhome would be regarded as excessi...

Hi everyone. I'm a newbie on the site and am personally extremely interested in the caravanning lifestyle. My husband and I would love to join the 'grey nomads' when we retire but hopefully get out and enjoy this beautiful country of ours in the meantime.

Access Antennas Sat dish. OK I brought one, its big 83cm. anyhow I'm wondering how people out there use theirs. Do you for instance deploy it every time you are camped, instead of using the normal TV aerial, or do you set it up only when there is no signal to the van aerial? Do you leave it set up over night a...
