Removing lock barrel

Does anyone know the trick for removing a Zadi lock barrel from a metal sleeve? I've already got the special removal tool (red key in the pictures) and this works great to remove the barrel on all my other doors - boot, water filler, toilet access door etc., but I can't seem to get the barrel out of the main...
