Hi I am about to install a diesel heater in my van. Do I connect the 12V through my battery management system (BMPRO) or directly to the Battery (with a fuse)

I have just sold my two petrol chainsaws, and will buy a battery powered one for use on the road. What brands are people using? i am seeing some cheap junk, and small handheld units, like 4 to 6 inch, but i was thinking a full size would be more useful. Decent brands are as dear as petrol powered units.

im looking at these heaters for occasional use for heating my van ,has anyone used them and have any reviews i dont want to fit a permant unit into the van as we dont want to carry it when not needed Im also thinking of a ducted style diesel heater
