Does anyone know if there is phone & internet access at Boynedale campground? Also where is the new access road into the campground on the Calliope River near Gladstone? I think you can't go across the old bridge since we were there last. Any advice appreciated.

Made an offer on a van today...about $3,500 off the asking price....he did the usual "going to go call the boss" thing and wandered off for 5 mins. THe Xtrail I purchased has free 3 year roadside assistance. It covers vehicle only and no addiyional cover is vailable for a camper even if you want to pay for it. I see RACV offer trailer and caravan assistance, am I better off getting vehicle and Camper cover or just getting Camper. I suppose to answer...

I am looking at a trip to Armidale at the end of the month and thinking of going via Glouster up the Thunderbolt way we will be towing a 21 foot van and i am wondering what the road is like between Glouster and Walcha any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
