I'm going to be in Bairnsdale for at least a week while I get some issues with my van dealt with. So is anyone around here? I'm at Michell Gardens CP - and a nicer, more helpful CP management team would be hard to find. Jayco have been pretty good to which makes a very pleasant change.

Just back yesterday from our 15 day cruise around NZ. Very relaxing. Already missing a room steward to make my bed & someone to cook dinner & clean up afterwards. So it's back to the real world. Did i miss anything here while I was away? Cbeers

We decided to leave Johanna Beach a day early, so we're now in Anglesea. I've talked to Wendyv last night, and suggested if there are others around Melbourne who'd like to get together for a cuppa, I'd love to do that. We plan to base ourselves at Akoona Park at Berwick for several days, doing day trips...

Gday... Last night at Dululu for the night - not too bad - seen worse. No internet/mobile but only four of us there. Tonight at Theodore Junction Park - only one other camper - mobile/internet and HOT showers - not a very big area but better than van parks. I would not like to be in either in the 'peak season...

What do people do for a dump point when camped in The Otways area? We were at Johanna Beach Campground for 6 nights, doing day trips all over the area, and there was nowhere to dump our porta loos. Even though Victoria turned the heater up to 30 degrees today, it was perfect weather for photography. After 17 degrees yesterday, it was a bit of a shock to the system.
