This is the bottom of a hill, which I named Orchid Hill, for obvious reasons. You had to watch where you put your feet, all the way up, or you walked on plants of one kind or another, including other Orchid Species. [ My sister was visiting this day.] Cheers, Sheba.

Hello Everyone, We are planning a trip to Tasmania. Has anyone been and can they get back to us and let us know how long is needed and is it safe to take the caravan all around tasmania. I am a bit worried about windy roads. also, are there any free camping places. Any advice will be appreciated. thanks. ...

Ok just want to see if anyone can recommend a good compact point and shoot camera, I'm a bugger, forget to grab camera most times, so thought if I get a small compact and leave in my bag I might actually get some photos!

I like digital photography, but I love macro digital photography. What you see when really close up, is amazing sometimes. This photo was taken after heavy rain overnight on a young gum leaf.

We have two perfectly good Canon battery packs, from a Canon G9 camera, which are of no use to us since John's camera was drenched while we were on a whale-watching cruise on Hervey Bay. The camera was unrecoverable, and he now has an SX-20, which - of course! - they don't fit. I hate to just throw them away...
