Lots of museums in the area , and plenty of history in Silverton itself . Good base to explore Broken Hill from .

Great caravan park with reasonable rates - 3 different levels of charging for powered sites - lovely clean amenities, big sites. Member of Top Tourist. Only 6 min walk to beach. Lot of permanent holiday cabins but depending on time of year (we went May) only low occupancy rate.
