I was passing through in the middle of winter,(working) and pulled up just to take some pictures, no tourist around,I was the only one on the platform,and they begged me to go for a ride, but I was in a hurry, I felt so bad ,when this pic. was taken the driver was saying to the fireman...

Finally got a pic up after days of trying.Does anyone know what this contraption is , it is outside a old sheerers quarters , it tips out. Could be for empty big bottles they used to drink?
