The flooded Burnett River swamped half of the Finemore caravan park in Bundaberg. The speed of the flowing river was incredible.

These beautiful balloons land almost everyday at the Mareeba Rodeo Camping Grounds, skimming across our heads as they decend.

ok, so this is an old photo, before I had a digital camera so had to scan photo.. hope thats ok.. so not the best quality but this photo of my husband checking road before crossing is just one of those great experiences you have when you get out and travel this great country.
