Can recomend stopping over night or a few days at a little villiage off the Hume h/ Way called Jugiong.What a top spot it is. One of the best donation by coin stops we have had the privilage of staying at.Right on the Murrumbidgee River , between Yass Gundagai NSW

Just wondering has anybody towed a van from Nowra to Braidwood up the Turpentine Rd, I know a lot of it has been upgraded and there is probably still some dirt, but I am inclined to think it could save pulling up The Clyde. Anybody with any advice out there ? .

Narribri Showground nice place $14 p/n or $86 p/w not much shade but good secure grounds with caretaker at front gate.

Stayed at the Kennel club which is next to the showgrounds @ $12 per night powered site and went for a drive to the river and found some nice spots looking over the river so spent the last 2 nights free camping There are no signs banning free camping and locals say it is used all the time C/p is not getting goo...

Nice camp on the Peel River about 20 klms from Tamworth on the Nundle Road. Large flat Grassy area, 100 metres off the road to the right, with some shade. Take drinking water. River water available for washing also flush toilets. General store in walking distance. Suitable for large rigs. ...

Nice campsite on the river. Go through Sofala and travel about 6 klms. There is a composting toilet. Best to take your drinking water. Can swim in the river. Take the third entrance to the camp site as the first two are pretty steep. Suitable for fairly large rigs (ie motor home towing a vehicle)....

Lovely little town that has a park for travelers. Nice grass area with clean toilets, covered seating and a free BBQue. The school children have a project where they are seeking people from the same latitude around the world and have messages pegged around the enclosure and ecourage us as travellers...

we recently stayed for a week beside the river water toilets dump point lots of kangaroos and wombats that scratch themselves under the van at night which was a bit scary the first night we where there heading there again in a couple of weeks also good fresh water fishing

	Sofala NSW - South of Bathurst (Preview) Nice campsite on the river. Go through Sofala and travel about 6 klms. There is a composting toilet. Best to take your drinking water. Can swim in the river.
