of all the caravan pics ive posted of OUR van no one has commented on the fact the roof is ALWAYS [near always] Down.
Frankly, Heidi & i are small and can easily walk freely inside. If its a week stay we might then pop it.
cheers Rod

no issues being short, just as long as our legs reach the ground otherwise we'd be in deep ....

Not being critical, but pics are too small to get a good look.
Maybe 'attach image(s)' could work better.

I believe it is possible to cause problems using the cooktop with the roof down!

We would leave ours down if we were just pulling up for lunch or a cuppa, but always up at night............

The only time we had ours down at night was during a storm. Its fairly air-tight with the lid down, wouldnt use the gas stove without the door open.
Actually I thought the middle photo in your sig looked like the lid is up Rredbeak.

when the lids down we only cook with the microwave,or very rarley with a back gas burner with the overhead withdrawal fans going and yes always well ventilated.
its odd but the 3 sig pics are left is Pt Lowly eyre penn ,nth of Whyalla and there for a week [lid down]. Middle is 60 west of Mt Isa Freecamp with the ww2 memorial and a week there too but this time with the lid up. must have been hot id say.
i do recall pt lowly was very gusty and freezing at times.
when it comes to laziness i take first prize, trust me
on the right is a freecamp directly above the SA bight cliffs for a week, lid down

Beth, im willing to bet after a few times you arrive worn out you'll soon get out of popping the top. Especially if youre leaving in the morning.

Maate we are all too polite to make comments about your poptop not popping - all of us here are very well mannered here and never make personal comments.
And I am still getting treatment for my efforts at poptopping but have fixed the problem with mechanical intervention. And there is no way any of the others will make any snide asides about this statement (I hope).

What I would like to know is "Who tells these different tablets where to go and what to do?" I keep forgetting to take some of mine and usually remember when it is too inconvenient to do anything about it. Thank God for the wife. Have you taken your pill and did you do so and it sounds a lot like she is nagging but I would be lost without her.
